Our calendar clearly indicates which days have one apartment available and which days both of our two apartments can be booked at the same time. This way, you can easily choose the arrival and departure dates that best suit you. You can also take advantage of any discounts: please indicate if you are arriving on your honeymoon, or if you have a gift voucher, VIP Club membership, or Partner Code.
Our apartments are available for check-in from 3:00 PM, and on the day of departure, please vacate them by 10:00 AM.
Please note that our apartment house is an adult-friendly accommodation, which means we only accept guests over the age of 18 years.

When cleaning the apartments, we work exclusively with 100% natural cleaning agents, thus avoiding the use of chemicals. In addition to regular and thorough cleaning, we contribute to safety with unmanned care.
The SXRD team pays special attention to protecting our environment. Our apartment building is powered by renewable energy sources using solar panels, and cleaning is done exclusively with 100% natural cleaning agents. Our wine cartons are fully recyclable. Our love for nature also inspired the rich selection of our hiking trails.
