Our calendar clearly indicates which days have one apartment available and which days both of our two apartments can be booked at the same time. This way, you can easily choose the arrival and departure dates that best suit you. You can also take advantage of any discounts: please indicate if you are arriving on your honeymoon, or if you have a gift voucher, VIP Club membership, or Partner Code.
Please note that our apartment house is an adult-friendly accommodation, which means we only accept guests over the age of 18 years.
We believe that teamwork is necessary for success. We provide a discount on the booking price for our partners, thus thanking them for their joint work and dedication.
We select our VIP Club members from our returning guests on an invitation basis. In addition to special attention, club members are entitled to additional discount offers and exclusive booking rights during special periods.
Not only because of the pandemic, but we pay special attention to the observance of hygiene rules and thus to the preservation of the health of our guests. When cleaning the apartments, we work exclusively with 100% natural cleaning agents, thus avoiding the use of chemicals. In addition to regular and thorough cleaning, we contribute to safety with unmanned care.
The SXRD team pays special attention to protecting our environment. Our apartment building is powered by renewable energy sources using solar panels, and cleaning is done exclusively with 100% natural cleaning agents. Our wine cartons are fully recyclable. Our love for nature also inspired the rich selection of our hiking trails.
